EME Music Award

As promised, the nominees for the 2008 Excellence in Music and Entertainment (EME) Awards have now been released. DJs Elephant Man, Vybz Kartel and Mavado figure prominently as does roots reggae group Morgan Heritage and singer Etana. Nominees have been listed in over 30 categories. The EMEs will be presented February 5 at the Gardens of the Jamaica Pegasus in Kingston (Jamaica). Like last year, attendance is by invitation only, however, ther’ll be live broadcasts on Television, Radio (Hot 102 FM) and on the internet through Carib Link Digital.
